TecnoConverting supplies and installs 3 TecnoGrabber® systems in confined spaces along the Ebro River, in collaboration with Ecociudad Zaragoza.
TecnoConverting Engineering continues its commitment to protect the environment with its TecnoGrabber® systems. Last July 20th, the installation of 3 waste retention systems in confined spaces along the Ebro River was carried out.
These innovative, crescent-shaped systems complement the installation of 4 TecnoGrabber® systems carried out in July last year as a pilot test in the town of Zaragoza. The successful results of this pilot test have demonstrated the effectiveness of the systems in protecting the Ebro River and preventing solid waste pollution.

From the design carried out by TecnoConverting’s engineering team to the manufacture in its own workshop in Sant Fruitós de Bages, and finally the assembly carried out by the company’s workers, the project has been carried out entirely by TecnoConverting, ensuring the highest quality standards at every stage. This capacity allows us to offer custom-made solutions, designing and manufacturing the systems according to the specific needs of each client.

The three systems supplied and installed consist of a top comb deflector to retain a larger amount of debris and several heavy-duty screens that trap solid debris in heavy rainfall events. These systems have a a total retention capacity of 4.2 tonnes.
Working closely with Ecociudad Zaragoza, these TecnoGrabber® systems represent a significant step towards the long-term protection of the Ebro River and the preservation of our water resources.
